Ski at Avoriaz

As you may know, I really enjoy skiing and I went to Avoriaz a French mountain resort in the heart of the “Portes du Soleil” – great place with horses carriage (and therefore: no cars).

And above all this: beautiful slopes – one of the largest skiing areas in the world !

(somehow beware: some extra fees can be added while you don’t especially have to pay it)

Thanks for no using my pictures without permision.

Skiing in Tignes-le-Lac, French Alpes

I went skiing to Tignes-le-Lac. : )
The slopes are great, numbered and large, and there are enough ski lifts so you don’t wait years, to be carried up again.
With the “Killy Ski pass” you have some free activities, such as the swimming pool (at 30°C), the weights room, and free ice skate rental and access to the ice rink (though I do not recommend this last activity due to the extremely bad quality of the ice skate shoes).
